Residential home for the elderly and people with communication disorders. It provides non-residential day care for seniors with reduced self-care or social isolation and professional speech therapy for people with impaired communication, e.g. after a stroke. It is part of an intergenerational centre for the elderly and children.

Providing accommodation and social services for the elderly and people with disabilities.

We operate a home for the elderly. We provide accommodation with a capacity of 65 beds. We provide assistance in coping with everyday tasks. Services offered include leisure activities, social and health services for the elderly and meals. We also provide categorisation from 65 to 80 years and over 80 years.

Sheltered housing for persons with a mental illness or disorder.

We provide comprehensive speech therapy for children with delayed speech development or developmental dysphasia, children and adults with mispronunciation, children with myofunctional disorder, children and adults with speech fluency disorder, and persons with neurogenic communication disorder.

Special purpose flats are intended for disabled persons and the elderly. In some buildings, nursing care is also provided. The lease of a special-purpose apartment is subject to a special regime under the relevant provisions of Sections 2300 and 2301 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
