We provide home health and care services in the territory of Prague. We provide health care completely free of charge on the prescription of the general practitioner with whom the patient is registered.

We provide social services for the elderly, families with children, children with disabilities and people without shelter. We also engage in volunteer activities.

We operate a home for the elderly with basic health, nursing and social care services. Through our activities we support our clients in self-sufficiency, a dignified way of life and existing social contacts. The capacity of the home is 85 beds.

Residential facility with special regime for homeless people aged 27 and over who need regular help from another person. We provide facilities related to the care of the user's own person and environment, including end-of-life care.
