We are an association of caring organisations providing health and social care services within the Czech Republic. Our aim is to enable anyone who is dependent on the care of another person for any reason to remain in a home environment for as long as possible.

We provide social services to people with intellectual disabilities and people with intellectual disabilities in combination with physical or sensory disabilities.

Providing continuing care for clients affected by dementia particularly Alzheimer's disease.

We offer professional health care in the patient's home environment. Blood draws and other biological materials, dressings, infusions, ekg, inr, etc.

We run a specialist ward focusing on post-resuscitation and follow-up intensive care for chronic clients. We specifically specialize in brain rehabilitation.

Dedicated to the provision of residential social care. We run a home for people with disabilities and a respite service. We provide support, assistance and care to our clients to meet their needs and wishes. We care for mentally disabled adult men and women aged 19 to 65.

We operate a home for the elderly with a capacity of 35 beds. We provide meals and medical, health and nursing care. We provide occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise with music or zootherapy. We also provide administrative services and social activation care.

General practitioner's office for children and adolescents. I provide preventative and curative care, check-ups and vaccinations.

Providing health services in the form of inpatient care and outpatient care.

Services for homeless people - low threshold day centre, dormitory for men, social rehabilitation, outreach programs.

We provide comprehensive speech therapy for children with delayed speech development or developmental dysphasia, children and adults with mispronunciation, children with myofunctional disorder, children and adults with speech fluency disorder, and persons with neurogenic communication disorder.
