We provide outpatient and residential respite services in Pacov and personal assistance. We help people with mental and combined disabilities and seniors. The mission of both services is to enable their users to function well and independently within mainstream society.

Offering home nursing care for elderly or disabled citizens. Compensation or rehabilitation equipment available for loan. Services related to personal hygiene, meals and household care.

We offer long and short term nursing care for the elderly and disabled. We provide assistance with personal hygiene and coping with common self-care tasks. We focus on facilitating contacts with the social environment and taking care of personal affairs.

Providing care for the elderly. Capacity of the facility is 63 clients, rooms are single to triple rooms. There is a lounge, dining room and 2 communal kitchens. The sanitary facilities are shared. It is also possible to use the garden for walks or rest. We organize cultural events.

Providing social services to senior citizens. Rooms are furnished with furniture and the client can supplement the room furnishings with their own, small items and electronics. The total capacity is 146 beds. The sanitary facilities are shared. We also provide the possibility of all-day boarding.

We run a home for the elderly. It is possible to use the garden and the common room with a computer. We offer activation and social therapeutic activities. For the elderly we arrange trips or social events with famous personalities.

The founder of the Home for the elderly Velké Meziříčí is the Vysočina Region. It provides 103 beds within two social services: the Home for the Elderly and the Home with Special Regime. It provides year-round care for the elderly, all-day meals, therapeutic activities and assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for one's own person.

Operation of a day centre for the elderly. The building is ground floor, fully wheelchair accessible, lighted with an open atrium in the middle with seating. There are 3 rest rooms with 12 beds, lockable bedside tables and lockers. There are four male and female toilets accessible from the main corridor.
