The mission is to ensure psychological and physical self-sufficiency and independence, with the aim of enabling as far as possible participation in the normal life of society.

The DPS provides housing for the elderly and fully disabled. The DPS houses people who have reduced self-sufficiency in basic life skills. They need partial support to ensure a normal way of life.

We operate four social services - a day care centre, early care, social therapy workshop and independent living support for people with mental, intellectual and combined disabilities.

Provision of residential social services for people with various types of dementia who, due to permanent changes in their health, need regular support and care that cannot be provided by their family or a follow-up service.

Offering housing for the elderly with comprehensive care for them who have reduced self-sufficiency due to health reasons and require the assistance of others.

We provide care primarily to seniors, fully disabled pensioners or families with children, either in facilities or in the home environment. We provide outpatient and outreach services.

We provide palliative and mobile hospice care. The purpose of the care is to alleviate physical and mental distress, preserve the client's dignity and provide support for the whole family. At the same time, we provide home care. In the territory of Uherské Hradiště and Uherskobrodsko, we provide a relief service.

Operation of a home for the elderly with a capacity of 158 beds. We provide residential social services to citizens who, due to age or health condition, need adequate support or care to maintain a dignified and active way of life.

Offering comprehensive services to people with reduced self-sufficiency who can no longer be cared for by their own family.

The mission of the service is to create conditions for people with mild and moderate mental or combined disabilities so that they can live with dignity in a normal way of life in a natural environment and become equal members of society.

The service is provided to persons with intellectual disabilities or with intellectual disabilities in combination with physical or sensory disabilities. We support them to integrate into mainstream life so that they are part of the local community and take responsibility for their decisions.

Operation of a home for people with disabilities with a capacity of 49 people. Support and assistance to people with mental and combined disabilities in an unfavourable social situation that cannot be solved by using other social services. We provide support and assistance to those people who need care and support 24 hours a day.

The mission is to maintain a dignified and full life of clients who, due to their health disadvantages, cannot be supported and assisted in their natural social environment. We focus on creating the conditions for maintaining the natural relational bonds of the clients.
