We produce Jerky from Czech beef and venison. We have 11 flavours. Seasonally: venison jerky.

Our 7ha farm in the lowlands of the Polabska region focuses on growing Jerusalem artichokes, an unusual vegetable containing inulin, especially suitable for diabetics. We sell fresh Jerusalem artichoke tubers, dried tubers, crushed dried tubers as an alternative to flour, and dried flower for tea.

In our counter you can choose as you like. We will be happy to advise you on choosing the right meat for your meal. We will prepare the meat in such a way as to facilitate the preparation of your meal. We will cut the smoked meat fresh on request and pack it precisely.

We operate a school canteen for pupils and the public. We make and sell bun dumplings. The capacity of the kitchen is 1800 meals, about 1350 lunches are cooked daily. Lunches are prepared according to school catering standards.
