We provide healthy and playful exercise for children. The methodologies of our follow-up courses are based on the findings of psychomotor development and physiotherapy. We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development. We organize exercises for pregnant women.

We operate a squash centre with 6 air-conditioned courts and 2 courts for badminton, wallyball or table tennis. There is a fitness zone, martial arts classes, Power Plate and a private sauna for 4 people. Of course, personal trainers are available.
