We are a civil association dedicated to protecting and promoting the rights and interests of our members. We specialize in improving labor, wage, professional, material, social and cultural interests. We provide advice on labour and wage issues. We conduct collective bargaining.

We create a long-term and competent platform for the development of cluster initiatives in the Czech Republic. We bring together entities and individuals to develop cluster policy, coordinate and sustainably develop cluster initiatives. Our goal is to strengthen the function of clusters in innovation processes.
