The company was founded in 1991 as a trading company (importer). It focused on the import and wholesale of security technology of the then British manufacturer Racal-Guardall. The company was founded by Czech owners, in cooperation with the foreign company Barkotex.

For over 25 years we have been developing, manufacturing and installing warning systems for cities and municipalities (wireless, wired radio). We also offer information radars, camera systems, public lighting - energy-saving LED luminaires and solar lights, sound systems for indoor and outdoor areas. We provide installation and service.

We supply turnkey Falko EZS systems, electronic fire alarm systems, CCTV, Access control, fire alarm radio and data networks. We provide a nationwide centralised security desk service including security intervention. We prepare security studies.
