We produce wine with family tradition with great care and attention to environmentally sensitive techniques and reduced grape harvest. The rewards of our 25 hectares of vineyards are varietally pure and extremely interesting appellation wines. We also offer a corporate wine option (gift sets, custom logo).

It specialises in the production of organic wines using the Burgundy method and the production of sparkling wines using the traditional bottle ageing method. 99% of the wines are histamine-free.
