We operate a family winery.

Production and sale of wine from grapes sourced from our own vineyards. Our specialties are white wines such as Pinot Gris, Muscat of Moravia and Bacchus. From red wines we offer Cabernet Moravia, Zweigeltrebe or Neronet. We offer tastings of our wines in the wine cellar, we can arrange refreshments on request.

Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting. In the cellar there is a press room with seating for 12 people and the main cellar for 50 people. Picturesque outdoor seating under the willow tree.

A family-run organic winery that manages a total of 18 hectares of vineyards. It specialises in the production of organic wines using the Burgundy method and the production of sparkling wines using the traditional bottle ageing method. 99% of the wines are histamine-free. Upon agreement, wine tasting is possible directly at the winery or at the client's premises.

We have prepared for you a unique concept of a wine club and winery where you can taste original wines and forget about the worries of everyday life for a while. We strive for a natural taste of wine that corresponds to the conditions, the vintage and the genius loci of the place.

Production and sale of wine.

We focus mainly on Czech and Moravian home cooking, we have 11 Kozel beers on tap - light, black and cut, as well as soft drinks, coffee and wine. In the evening we grill. We are a summer Hospůdka 56, (in the yard) where you are in nature. We're only open when the weather is nice. Complete food tours by appointment only.

We are dedicated to the production of special wines. We grow several varieties such as Pálava, Tramín Red, Riesling, Sauvignon, Sylvan Green, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Muscat Moravian. The reds are Merlot, Pinot Noir and Frankovka. Possibility of guided tasting with a tour, corporate events and more.

Operation of a wine cellar.

Internet sales of quality Moravian varietal wines, sparkling wines and syrups of own production. The grapes come from Velke Pavlovice and the Velkopavlovice wine sub-region. You will find here quality wines and sparkling wines and also specialties such as ice wines, straw wines, selections from grapes and sparkling wines fermented in the bottle.

Our family-owned micro winery boasts a tradition of more than 30 years in the production of quality wines. We specialize in earthy wines that we produce from our own grapes with minimal intervention.

On our e-shop you can buy quality wines from the wine micro-region of the Blue Mountains. Here you will find winemakers from the villages of Velké Pavlovice, Němčičky, Bořetice, Kobylí and Vrbice.
