I am a fitness trainer and mental coach. I offer fitness training services, mental coaching and a program where I combine both methods. I help my clients to feel happy with how they look and how they feel in their own bodies.

I help people to better understand themselves, others and their own bodies. I work with the Animal in You™ communication typology. I run workshops and wellbeing programs for businesses, schools and the public. My work also includes fatty acid balance testing from a drop of blood and nutritional recommendations.
