I am a psychologist, therapist and coach who works in person or online. I offer a space where you can pause, orient yourself. Most often I address topics related to self-worth, self-esteem and relationships with self and others. I work with adult clients, students and executives.

I am a mentor, a guide for rituals, women's circles, cacao ceremonies and self-development workshops, as well as a teacher of pelvic floor work. I am particularly interested in the topic of conscious femininity, the female womb and cyclicity. Also rites of passage, around the year, working with the elements, grounding, etc.
