The Bistro in the Grass is located on the quiet outskirts of Velké Pavlovice, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. We offer a selection of coffee, Pilsner on tap, Knoll wines and snacks made from local ingredients. The quiet sitting area in the countryside is ideal for cyclists, hikers and families with children, there is also a playground.

Bistro Karolínka is open to both hotel guests and the general public. We offer high-quality coffee, hot and cold beverages, cocktails, milkshakes, desserts, homemade pastries, and light meals. You can sit inside or on the shaded patio overlooking Vranov Castle.

We cater for 20-750 people and run a catering service with lunches available Monday to Friday (on site and takeaway). For corporate events, weddings and celebrations we can prepare turnkey barbecues and buffets. We pride ourselves on locally sourced ingredients and we grill sela and other great food on beech wood.

A shop window and a garden. We have been on the market since 2010 and are happy to prepare great pizza for you every day. And not only that. Our menu also includes delicious burgers, strips, wings and other goodies.
