I offer Shiatsu massage. This is a Japanese massage that is based on traditional Chinese medicine. The direction I have studied and practice is called Zen-shiatsu. It is the addition of 12 additional meridians to the classical systems of pathways and points, and combining the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology.

We offer an updated calendar of personal development courses focused on self-experience and self-knowledge. Facilitators are experienced and renowned lecturers. Constellations, dance, meditation, bodywork, voice work, spirituality. It also offers a catalogue of therapists of alternative methods of self-development.
