Le Massage is a massage studio focused on functional bodywork. I specialize in deep muscle work, trigger points, fascial techniques and recovery for overload, stress or back pain. Each massage is tailored to the current state of the body - not a pre-determined script.

I offer Shiatsu massage. This is a Japanese massage that is based on traditional Chinese medicine. The direction I have studied and practice is called Zen-shiatsu. It is the addition of 12 additional meridians to the classical systems of pathways and points, and combining the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology.

Our courses and seminars help improve eyesight and promote self-healing. We believe in the harmony of body and mind and love to share our knowledge with others.

We run a help centre for people going through a psychospiritual crisis.

I deal with craniosacral therapy - therapy by touch. When working with the body I use intuition and knowledge gained through intensive study of holistic techniques. During touch therapy we will work together to support your body's self-healing abilities.
