We organize professionally guided experiential workshops with the Holotropic Breathwork method in the Czech Republic. We follow the methodology taught by Grof Transpersonal Training and are members of the European Association for Holotropic Breathwork.

Biodynamic and bioenergetic massages and bodywork allow you to release physical and emotional pain and open yourself up to a steady healing flow of energy in the body. They are a supportive technique to verbal therapy and a healing process in their own right. Trauma bodywork, healing trauma through the body, touch, breath.

We offer individual psychotherapy/counselling, watsu or shiatsu treatments.

We provide psychotherapy, psychological counselling, mediation, courses and seminars, coaching or companionship. We seek to understand them in a broader context with regard to their mental and physical condition, values, spiritual needs and relationships with other people.

Treat yourself to balance for body and mind with relaxing massages and yoga. At the Equilibrium studio, you can unwind with a massage or stretch your body during a yoga class.
