The parish organizes services and spiritual meetings. It also organizes children's parish camps and pilgrimages. It teaches religion and prepares children for their first Holy Communion.

Our business is organizing religious services and other social events. We also provide information about the activities of the Roman Catholic parish. The parish consists of Letohrad and the surrounding villages of Lukavice, Mistrovice and Šedivec. We cooperate with the Letohrad Evangelical congregation. We publish a monthly parish magazine.
