I am a personal fitness and conditioning trainer. I have been providing coaching services since 2014. Over 150 satisfied clients of all performance and age levels have passed under my hands. The Sparring Point project is a comprehensive package of services provided to companies as a form of employee care. Sparring Point takes the form of an in-house unit providing health and fitness services as part of employee benefits.

Summer kids camps for girls and boys 6-15 (17) years old with Airsoft - airsoft camp, dance, sports, survival - survival training. We offer children's camps - 4 tours with a varied and rich program, home cooking and quality care. We provide individual approach. We have rich and varied equipment.

We run a sports club focused on basketball. We divide members into groups of women, juniors, pupils, mini-players. We provide preparatory training. We participate in basketball tournaments or friendly matches.

Offering personal fitness trainer services. In addition to traditional fitness training, I also offer individual boxing/MMA lessons.
