A movement and sports education centre, dealing with the most effective and beneficial methods and aids of global fitness & physio history. Our college educated instructors, our library and our hands-on classes are here for all fitness and sports students.

Don't expect a "gym" full of machines, but you can of course work out with weights and dumbbells. Above all, our clients will appreciate the family and quiet atmosphere we offer, unlike larger and sometimes crowded fitness centres.

Karate sports club, exercises for children and adults, teaching Shotokan style (kata, kihon, kumite). Physical training, fitness exercises, martial arts and self-defense. We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.
