We run an aerobics centre focusing mainly on aerobics, health, fitness and balance exercises for a healthy back. We provide classes in Taj Chi, Bosu, Pilates, Slide aerobics, power yoga, Indoor Cycling and fitball. We also offer oriental dance, step aerobics, flexi-bar and weight training.

We deal with rock and mountain climbing, bouldering and trekking. We organize summer and winter expeditions to nature. We run a climbing school and a club library.

We run a sports club focused on downhill mountain biking. We organize Wood Bike Series races.

We operate indoor and outdoor tennis and squash courts with sports equipment hire. There is a solarium, gym and outdoor swimming pool. We rent rackets, balls, squash goggles, sports shoes and towels.

We have been running a cycling club at amateur level since 2003. We mostly ride our bikes for rides, group holidays and races.
