Don't expect a "gym" full of machines, but you can of course work out with weights and dumbbells. Above all, our clients will appreciate the family and quiet atmosphere we offer, unlike larger and sometimes crowded fitness centres.

Fitness centre in the Metalica building, in the Nová Waltrovka area, with an entrance from the courtyard of the building. It offers modern Matrix equipment, including an extensive cardio zone and weight machines. There is also a Finnish sauna, which is free of charge as part of the fitness visit.
