Brewer Jan Wiesner brews permanent beers and seasonal specials with respect for tradition and a taste for experimentation. You can choose with your eyes and according to your mood. Our offer is divided into three sections: cold, hot and sweet. We're really obsessed with skewers, you'll find them in every portion. You won't find a menu here, but you will find a bar full of fresh sandwiches and snacks.

We offer seating in a restaurant in the style of the ancient Middle Ages. Every day we organize an accompanying program of swordsmen, jugglers, dancers and period music. In the restaurant you eat only with your hands. Seating is available in the outdoor garden. We prepare Czech and international cuisine.

The brewery is located in the historic city centre. We offer 6 beers on tap which we rotate regularly including monastery beers, bottom and top fermented beers or yeast beers. Traditional Czech and international cuisine.
