Martial arts school dedicated to the study of the entire Kodokan Judo system, Ju-Jitsu and teaching modern self-defense. We target all age groups and cater to them.

We offer grappling (no-gi BJJ) training - starting in 2024. Fighting on the ground is not ground-level fun. No punches, no kimono, safe.

Whether you are interested in boxing or any other sport in our range, we are here for you. Those interested can train under the supervision of an experienced coach, professional world champion in boxing organization GBF, finalist of the sportsman of the year, medalist of the Czech Championship in boxing and fitness, DANIEL VENCEL.

We teach self-defense krav maga to children and adults. We also hold safe behavior seminars for schools and soft target protection seminars. We also specialize in kettlebell, large barbell and self weight training. We also provide nutritional counselling at our premises.

Israeli Krav Maga self-defense school network. We provide self-defense training for children, youth, adults, seniors, women and professionals.
