I am a certified massage therapist and a graduate of many courses. At the same time, I have been working for more than 30 years as a nurse in intensive care in a hospital and I am increasingly interested in a holistic approach to health. Thanks to the experience I have gained, I believe that massage is one of the ways to maintain physical and mental health.
