We are a small family-run artisan bakery. We handmake sourdough bread, delicious buttery croissants and a wide range of sweet and savoury pastries for our stores. All the products we offer are handmade by our bakers in the traditional way, using high quality ingredients.

We currently produce more than seven varieties of high quality yeast breads, sweet, savoury and wholemeal pastries. Our products are suitable not only for general consumption, but also for retail and wholesale, or for weddings, various parties and banquets.

Bezzrnná is an artisanal gluten-free bakery. We bake fresh gluten-free bread, rolls, kaiser rolls, sweet pastries, and other products in small batches. Our entire selection is gluten-free. You can purchase our baked goods directly at the bakery or order them in advance online for pickup.

Every day we get up early in the morning, knead the dough, and fry the best doughnuts on the corner of Rostovská and Petrohradská. We draw inspiration from our grandmothers, our childhood memories, and the kitchens of the world’s top pastry chefs. Try our Vršovice doughnuts with a Brno heart, handmade with love since 2016.

We run a family bakery. We offer handmade loaves of traditional sourdough bread, baguettes, as well as unusual types of bread such as bread with chocolate and blue cheese.
