Operation of the bakery. We are guided by simplicity and old honest recipes in the production of baked goods. We bake exclusively with natural yeast and quality flour from the Czech mill from Věrovany and Probia.

Years of cooking and confectionery led us to our own restaurant. We cook as a husband and wife team and offer specialties of Czech and international cuisine, desserts and hot and cold drinks. We can arrange family celebrations, corporate parties, corporate catering and business meetings. Covered garden available.

Our idea and philosophy is quite simple - we cook according to seasonality, mostly from farm products with clear origin, in maximum freshness and quality. This is simply our credo and we place great emphasis on it. We are what we eat and the stomach is our sanctuary.
