Since 2014, we have been preparing delicious breakfasts, our own desserts, baking sweet and savoury waffles and brewing great coffee. We offer Chinese steamed Jiaozi dumplings and authentic teas. We make homemade sauces: plum, teriyaki, mango habanero, peanut and more. Specialties such as goose, duck and shrimp dumplings are also on the menu. Many gluten-free and vegan variations are also available.

In the restaurant U Starého lva we combine traditional Czech flavours with a modern approach. We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients and with an emphasis on honesty. Come and taste our home-made cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere full of comfort.

At MEMENTO, we treat raw materials with respect and consistency. Each leaf and grain has its own meaning and nothing is wasted. Chef Matteo Crubellati's team uses carefully selected ingredients to create dishes that taste and tell a story of which you are a part.
