Our Bistro is a unique concept of combining and incorporating bread and sourdough into all menu items on our menu, from appetizers to desserts, from lemonades to cocktails, from sourdough to crust. Come and taste Czech and international specialties as you have never had them before.

We run a vegan bistro with a garden. We offer lunch menu, ready-made food, beer, wine, lemonades. We will be happy to deliver your food.

We run a barbecue restaurant. Our meats are seasoned, smoked overnight and glazed in our homemade BBQ sauce. They are served with pickles, onions and jalapeños and two side dishes as desired. You can pick up your food at our location or use our delivery service. We offer catering.

You can have breakfast, brunch or lunch in our bistro. For meals we make quesadillas, pizza, wraps, hearty thick soups, salads, homemade yogurt, donuts, buns, ice cream, etc. We also offer delicious coffee, teas, fresh juice, or homemade lemonade.

In the bistro you can buy standard products of our butcher shop and bakery, including confectionery products. Of course, there is a hot counter with the legendary Globus meatloaf or additional sale of drinks and other basic assortment. In the Bistro you will also find dishes from the Globus Restaurant Brno.

We operate a restaurant offering drinks and grilled specialties of meat, game, fish, cheese and seafood. We can organize social events. We offer Bernard beer on tap and non-alcoholic naturally fermented Fermentada beverages. Outdoor seating in the garden and under the pergola only.

We are a bistro and café with a wide range of dishes that includes vegetarian and vegan options. Stop by for brunch or come try courses from our regular menu. Wireless internet access is available and outdoor seating is available on sunny days.

A small cafe with a beautiful green and quiet garden. We offer a selection of coffee, homemade cakes and other desserts. Savoury treats, for which we bake our own bread and bring wines from the family winery Žarošice. We also bake sweets to order, for birthdays and weddings.
