We are an architectural study and design office. We design commercial buildings, residential and family houses. We design all over the Czech Republic.

Engaged in the design of civil engineering structures and offering engineering services. We prepare architectural studies, documentation for zoning or construction proceedings. We create drawings in 2D AutoCAD environment. At the request of the investor we provide visualizations of the project in 3D processed by the ArchiCAD graphic program.

We offer house design, design, visualization and realization. We process individual house designs and type projects. We provide engineering services. We provide zoning decisions and building permits. We reduce the energy consumption of buildings.

Construction services: documentation for building permits - announcement (new buildings, reconstruction), construction consultancy for the purchase of real estate (flat, house, etc.), engineering activities (processing of building permits), conducting a tender for a construction contractor and implementation of documentation.

The design office prepares everything from the project documentation to the execution of the building permit, including all documents for the building permit. During a personal meeting, we will advise and solve what to build from and how to arrange the layout and appearance of the house. We have already completed over 1000 projects.

I design houses, garages, extensions, additions and warehouses. I perform construction, author's and technical supervision, water tightness tests of sumps and cesspools, project documentation, application for boiler subsidy.
