We offer architect and building design services- residential and single family homes, civil buildings, etc. both new construction and renovation including surveying. We will prepare the various stages of project documentation - architectural study, project for zoning proceedings, for building permits and for construction execution.

The design office prepares everything from the project documentation to the execution of the building permit, including all documents for the building permit. During a personal meeting, we will advise and solve what to build from and how to arrange the layout and appearance of the house. We have already completed over 1000 projects.

I design houses, garages, extensions, additions and warehouses. I perform construction, author's and technical supervision, water tightness tests of sumps and cesspools, project documentation, application for boiler subsidy.
