We have been building passive and low-energy houses for 14 years. In 2011 we built one of the first passive houses in the Zlín region. We build passive and low-energy houses according to the investor's projects, as well as our individual projects. We also offer a number of our standard houses, which we realize all over the country.

Offer accommodation in guest house rooms or bungalows with fridge and equipped kitchenette. In season, experiential accommodation is available in Tee-Pee or areas for tents and caravans with electricity hook-ups can be used. Accommodation capacity is 37 beds.
