We supervise and control the implementation of the construction in accordance with the decision or other measure of the building authority and with the certified project documentation, compliance with the general requirements for construction, quality and timing of the work performed, compliance with technological procedures, technical regulations.

The office was established in 1991. It specializes in the Adriatic coast, especially Croatia and Slovenia, where it offers accommodation in hotels, apartments and mobile homes. Clients can also choose from a wide range of stays in the thermal spas of Hungary and Slovenia.

We prepare project documentation, architectural studies, visualizations, provide building permits, engineering services and energy performance certificates. We offer customized switchboards. We carry out regular servicing and inspection of lightning rods.

We offer accommodation in fully equipped 11 mountain chalets, 6 brick bungalows and an 18 room hotel open all year round. Possibility of sports activities in the surroundings. The hotel has a games room and sauna. We organize weddings, family celebrations and social events. Stay with pets by arrangement.
