Bisto is the heart project of several enthusiasts who have been refreshing (not only) arid cyclists for more than four years. We offer excellent stone beer, Kofola on tap, quality home-made snacks with a range of weekend or weekly specials, but most importantly a pleasant stay for anyone who visits us.

We're a food track. We offer tapas, burgers, bowls. You can have jerked meat, soft and alcoholic drinks or mixed drinks.

We operate a street-food snack bar. We use only 100% beef from regional farmers in our burgers, which we prepare ourselves. Our menu includes burgers, hamburgers, baked bagels, tortillas and much more.

From June 2026 you can look forward to a swimming pool and bistro in a new coat.

We offer a selection of drinks and snacks right by the Sázava River. It is also possible to order for larger groups of paddlers. We look forward to your visit.

Our company is engaged in the preparation of fast food. We offer a varied selection of hamburgers, big burgers, gyros and menus with fries (e.g. fried cheese, fried cheese, hermelin, potato pancakes, patties, langos, hot dogs, hot dogs). You can also buy a complementary range of goods.
