We are a small family business group dedicated to managing and renting our own properties. We operate mainly in Prague.

We focus on the construction and reconstruction of family and apartment houses, as well as holiday properties, with subsequent sale. The main priority for us is quality of workmanship, functionality and practicality.

We have long been involved in the construction and sale of single-family homes, semi-detached homes, as well as multi-unit homes. An integral part of this is the purchase of flats and houses to carry out complete renovation and subsequent sale or conversion of large family houses into multiple dwelling units.

We have been operating on the Czech property development market since 2004. Within the framework of our projects we implement the construction of apartment houses.

The company is reconstructing a pair of apartment buildings in the centre of Kralupy nad Vltavou. The first building with 11 residential and 3 commercial units will be handed over to clients in July 2022. The second building will offer a total of 20 units. We are focusing on smaller projects, from which we personally feel the genius loci.
