Viktoria Center offers modern, already equipped apartments with the possibility of immediate move-in. The apartments are designed with an emphasis on high comfort, including underfloor heating and preparation for air conditioning. There is a supermarket and other shops on the ground floor of the building.

Operation of the development company.

The company is reconstructing a pair of apartment buildings in the centre of Kralupy nad Vltavou. The first building with 11 residential and 3 commercial units will be handed over to clients in July 2022. The second building will offer a total of 20 units. We are focusing on smaller projects, from which we personally feel the genius loci.
