Operation of the development company.

The company is reconstructing a pair of apartment buildings in the centre of Kralupy nad Vltavou. The first building with 11 residential and 3 commercial units will be handed over to clients in July 2022. The second building will offer a total of 20 units. We are focusing on smaller projects, from which we personally feel the genius loci.

We have been operating on the Czech property development market since 2004. Within the framework of our projects we implement the construction of apartment houses.
