We have been operating on the Czech property development market since 2004. Within the framework of our projects we implement the construction of apartment houses.

The company is reconstructing a pair of apartment buildings in the centre of Kralupy nad Vltavou. The first building with 11 residential and 3 commercial units will be handed over to clients in July 2022. The second building will offer a total of 20 units. We are focusing on smaller projects, from which we personally feel the genius loci.

Viktoria Center offers modern, already equipped apartments with the possibility of immediate move-in. The apartments are designed with an emphasis on high comfort, including underfloor heating and preparation for air conditioning. There is a supermarket and other shops on the ground floor of the building.

We operate an architectural office.

We cooperate with many developers in Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic. Thanks to this, we can preferentially offer you the most attractive flats, which are usually not available on real estate servers. These apartments are usually booked immediately and therefore developers do not advertise them on real estate servers.

We offer renting of own properties, flats, commercial premises and land.

We are a company dedicated to the real estate and property development business. We specialize in direct assistance and advice, in the sale and purchase of real estate. We offer assistance in arranging finance for property purchases. An important part of our activities is the management of development projects.
