We build and make available a universal library collection. We provide interlibrary loan services, oral and written bibliographic, reference and factual information. We provide information from external sources, especially state and local government. We offer internet access and photocopying services.

We run adult, children's and youth departments, a reading room and a balneology library. We organise library events for schools and the public.
