We operate a municipal library with internet access. We organize various competitions and discussions related to books. We provide library classes for all grades of elementary school. We offer reprographic work, information services and more.

We help newcomers from Ukraine to find their way in a new environment and to join the labour market. We provide counselling and a wide range of courses and workshops for children and adults.
