The City Library lends books, magazines, audiobooks, e-books, board games, didactic toys and other documents to its readers. In addition to lending services, it provides the public with Internet access, copying services, and hosts cultural and educational events.

The library is one of the smallest branches of the KJM and provides basic lending and information services to readers of all ages. It cooperates with local kindergartens and elementary schools, for which it implements educational programs. Audiobooks, didactic toys and aids or glasses are also available for loan.
