Our offer is dominated by classic and modern Czech and world fiction, poetry, philosophy, sociology, political science, pedagogy, history, art, children's literature, lifestyle, alternative medicine. A rich selection in military and regional literature. Superior offer of audiobooks and music CDs.

We offer lending of books and magazines, interlibrary loan services, bibliographic and information service. We organize literary competitions for children, discussions for adult readers and library lessons for primary school pupils and students of secondary schools and apprenticeships. Public internet available.

Museum library. We provide internet access. The museum's library collection has almost 11,000 volumes. It also contains a collection of 63 manuscripts from the 15th to the 20th century.

The LUXOR bookstore is located on the first floor of the Futurum shopping center. Here you’ll find a wide selection of books in many genres, school supplies and textbooks, board and card games, gift items, gift cards, LEGO®, Pokémon cards, games and toys, and stationery. Books come to life here—come experience it for yourself.
