We operate a public library that acquires, processes, preserves and provides information, literature and other cultural values. We lend books, periodicals, maps, DVDs and CDs for adults, children and young people. We also focus on the elderly, disabled and socially disadvantaged library users.

In addition to our own library collection, we have a set of about fifty new books available every six months, which are lent by the District Library in Mladá Boleslav. Such new books are loaned to our library for a period of one year.

Offering natural history and regional literature about Podblanicko. We provide guides, literature for educators on environmental topics and environmental education, identification keys, methodological materials, CDs, DVDs, posters and games.

We operate a municipal library. There are over 3400 volumes of books - educational literature for children, teenagers and adult readers, fairy tales, detective stories, encyclopedias, fiction.
