We offer traditional Chinese exercise classes and seminars. We sell books, health food and natural products.

We provide medical rehabilitation including physiotherapy and ergonomics advice. We focus on musculoskeletal problems in children and adults, postural disorders, scoliosis and mobility limitations. We use classical Chinese medicine.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre - we offer dietetics, acupuncture, phytotherapy, massage, detoxification and reduction treatments. We address pain, weakened immunity, chronic and other problems with a holistic approach.

The company organizes interest groups in kindergartens and other educational institutions. In cooperation with Master Zhai Hua we organize Tai Chi Chen classes for adults. These courses are taught in the traditional Chinese way, which we have developed to make Tai Chi as understandable as possible for the contemporary.

I offer Tai-Chi Chuan training courses. I also provide Qigong classes, Tao numerology analysis, astrotype elaboration using ham yu and more.

I offer harmonization of the organism using traditional Chinese medicine - phytotherapy, stimulation of acupuncture points, dietetics, qi kung exercises.
