We operate a pub with a capacity of 35 seats. On tap is a permanent offer of Kamenická 10°, semi-dark Klostermann 12°, Austrian wines Buchmayer and Bergmann, a large selection of interesting delicacies, something small to eat (grilled sausage, cooked thalians, always one soup, sausages on beer, tlačenka, etc.).

Operation of a microbrewery. In addition to lagers, we also brew top-fermented specialties such as IPA, APA, EPA and others. It is possible to organize a tour of the brewery with tasting.

Wholesale of Belgian beer. These are mainly top-fermented special strong beers brewed according to original medieval recipes. We offer restaurants and bars bottled or cask beer and also support in the form of promotional material. For corporate clients we organize various tastings with a lecture.

Operation of the brewery.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. Seasonal bistro operation.

We operate a fast food restaurant. We sell breaded and toasted Panini bagels, sandwiches, 100% natural fruit smoothie drinks and desserts. We offer a sweet or savory breakfast menu, fresh juices, vegetable and fruit salads, soups, patatas, blueberry and chocolate muffins and much more.

The inn offers hot home-made and minute cuisine, draught beers Krakonoš light 11° and black 10°, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The capacity of the inn is 40 seats in the taproom, 10 seats in the lounge and 20 seats in the summer front garden.

Brewing honest beer from traditional recipes since 1897. We use Žatec hops and malt from our own malt house. We pay enough care and attention to our lagers, we do not rush when brewing. We proceed in such a way that even the founder of the brewery, Archduke Franz Ferdinand dÉste himself, can be proud of us.
