We are a family company from Okrouhla, Prague - West, engaged in breeding Jersey cattle. In our mini dairy we then process its milk and produce dairy products from it. We follow traditional methods and do not use chemical preservatives.

Švestkův statek is a family farm focused on the production of honest dairy products from its own milk. We produce unpasteurized cheese, fresh milk, yogurt and kefir in a natural way without chemicals. Dairy products are available for sale in the shop, meat is mainly available on order and in limited quantities.

We operate a milk vending machine. The sale of fresh chilled milk through milk vending machines is the most direct way from the producer directly to the final consumer. The milk is not subjected to heat treatment.

We are engaged in the manufacture and sale of cow's and goat's milk cheese. We offer milk crates. During the summer months it is possible to visit the farm or spend a holiday with us.

Our farm offers goat milk, whey, tanned hides and cheese for sale. Soft cheese: Novodvorský Lužánek (on order only), Ricotta, goat tub, goat Brynza and cottage cheese. Medium hard cheese: Rohan, d'Ampier, spicy Charlotte. Mould cheese: Fischer. Hard archive cheese: Gouda, Gouda in brine, Balkan.
