We bake bread the way it used to be done: slowly and without shortcuts. All our breads are certified organic and we really only make them with what belongs there. Organic flour, live water, yeast and salt. So come and see the quality for yourself.

We bake our own gluten-free and vegan pastries, so you can take away a slice of bread made from premium ingredients as a souvenir or enjoy our delicious sweet pastries with your coffee or tea.

We are engaged in the manufacture and sale of baked goods. We specialise in traditional sourdough bread production. We also offer regular and sweet soft breads, pizza rolls, cheese rolls, pretzels, crackers, cabbage pockets, breadcrumbs and pretzel stands.

We run a cafe specialising in mixed drinks, coffee from our own roastery and other drinks and food.

The product range is bakery and pastry flours produced in a local mill with a long tradition. In our pleasantly furnished shop we can also offer you a wide range of quality bakery, gluten-free and feed products.

We operate a cafe. We provide a variety of coffees and teas, cakes, pies, indies, doughnuts, chocolates, chewing gum and alcoholic and cold drinks. In addition to cakes, we also offer sandwiches and baguettes.
