A small family company focused on the production of quality wines from grapes from its own vineyard. From 25 grape varieties we offer you unique new PIWI varieties, grown with minimal chemistry. We produce our wines in a 300 year old cellar on 2 underground floors. We welcome groups and individuals for tasting.

We offer cask wines (white wine Müller Thurgau, rosé wine Zweigeltrebe rose, red wine Frankovka), selected bottled wines, fresh cheeses and in season fresh bourbon. If the weather is kind, you can also enjoy grilled specialties during the holidays. There is also a children's playground.

We are engaged in winemaking. We decided to rejuvenate the vineyard, modernize the wine production and gradually adapt the indoor and outdoor social spaces. Our basic winemaking philosophy is a combination of traditional practices and modern oenological methods.

Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting.
