We operate a winery and an apartment. We are engaged in the production and sale of wines.

Production and sale of wines, cultivation of vines and apricots. We produce dry, semi-dry and semi-sweet wines. Possibility of custom wine production. We offer tastings in the wine cellar for up to 20 people. We also offer accommodation above the wine cellar for up to 13 people.

Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting. In the cellar there is a press room with seating for 12 people and the main cellar for 50 people. Picturesque outdoor seating under the willow tree.

We run a Celtic medieval pub.

A family run winery with a traditional method of wine making since 1900. We process grapes based on traditional knowledge of wine making using modern technology - gentle pressing, decalcification and controlled fermentation of must.

Family winery in Perná, situated at the foot of the Pálava. In the production of wine we pay attention to traditional values, professional knowledge and we do not forget to educate ourselves in the field so that we keep up with modern trends in wine production.

Operation of the winery. We are convinced that wine is a living organism, which can tell itself when it needs a helping hand in its development and when it needs to be given peace and enough time so that the individual wines can manage in each vintage spontaneously and without stressful and accelerating invasive interventions.

Our main philosophy is to import high quality and interesting wines from interesting countries and thus fulfill all the wishes of our demanding customers. Since 2007 we have been offering wines from the leading Chilean family winery LUIS FELIPE EDWARD, of which we are the exclusive importer in the Czech Republic.

We offer accommodation in the hotel. We rent double to five-bed rooms and one double apartment. There is a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a TV, internet connection via WiFi and cable. The hotel also has a restaurant.
