The mission of the field nursing service is to provide individual support and assistance in caring for one's own person and household to people aged 27 and over, in an unfavourable social situation and with reduced self-sufficiency in their home environment and outside it, in the territory of the city of Ostrava.

Charitable, humanitarian and church organization for helping people in need. We operate a social intervention centre. We offer the services of a counselor for refugees and migrants. We run a counselling service for people in debt.

Accompanying clients who want to change their relationship in the area of substance and non-substance addictive behaviors. The service is provided in an individual and group format with the aim of achieving change and a better understanding of the motives that led to these behaviours.
